That’s me, photo of me during my expedition along Banjaran Titiwangsa (click here for the story). Anyway, my name is Mohamad Firdaus Bin Zainal. I was born in Alor gajah, Melaka also called the historical city. I’m the eldest sons and second of four.

I’m calm, harmonious and friendly person. In any matter, I’m a very optimistic man. I always say to my self that problems are seldom problems, the better word is challenges. So, I try to find several good solutions and there it goes! What else?

  • I like the most kinds of music, unique music like Zainal Abidin, jazz like Noryn Aziz, R&B like John Legend, House or Trance with a little bit of ambience trance like Tiesto’s, Paul Van Dyke’s.

Interest:

  • Hunting, my father and i go for hunting almost every weekend. We hunt for Red Junglefowl.
  • Currently, angling is my new hobby. I’m rookie in this and need some experienced personals to advise me and give me tips.
  • Hiking, i had reached several summits in peninsular Malaysia, G.Ledang, G.Berlumut, G.Korbu, G.Yong Belar, and Banjaran Titiwangsa. Most of the summits are G7s. Later i’ll try to explore Kinabalu.
  • Digital photography, but more snapshot style than sophisticated stuff. I wish to own a DSLR. Yes, i’m working for it. It’s a work in progress.
  • Racing generally, Motorcycle GP’s, absolutely fascinating, the speed, the sound, the acceleration and the riders skills. I used to have a ZXR250, but sold it to a person in 2004. Now, looking for a better bike. Yes, i’m working for this too. It’s also a work in progress.
  • Rugby. I was a winger during my school period in SAS. Now, MMU player. This game is all about contributions, speed, team work and strategy. I tell you, size doesn’t matter.
  • I love maintaining this site to share knowledge and telling other people what is happening around me. But i’m not a programmer or web designer, i’m not good in english too, so maybe i did mistake here or anywhere in this site. If so, please tell me so that I can fix it.
